The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The candidate will be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet business needs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Execution of brand plan through the line across Media, PR, Events, Digital and Trade channels. 

  • Briefing and deploying market-leading communications. Preparing & managing all consumer, digital, and PR activities.

  • Commercial - working closely with the sales team to ensure the marketing and commercial plans are aligned and delivering against business objectives. 

  • Analysis and reporting- Lead the needed analysis and reporting of brands/market and competitor trends in order to understand business issues/opportunities

  • Coordination and collaboration with the Global Head of Marketing - Develop strategies & annual plans by adapting global brand strategies by considering cultural differences & legal restrictions

  • Creative – Proven experience inspiring and collaborating with agency partners to deliver breakthrough communications thinking. Thinks outside existing paradigms and nurtures big ideas.

  • Insight Driven – Curious about consumers and what drives them, and can unlock insights to change consumer relationships with brands

  • Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and event campaigns

  • Inspiring – Brings energy and passion to the business. 

  • Relationships – Build strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Skills Required:

  • Product development and innovation experience

  • Strong creative and brand development skills

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an FMCG environment (preferably in the drinks industry)

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering and achieving results

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Computer Literacy - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email

  • Demonstrable financial, analytical, and commercial experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrable experience in conducting consumer research

  • Demonstrable experience in building relationships with multiple key stakeholders

  • Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo & Hubspot

  • Prolific Microsoft office and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of the drinks market/industry
