Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026. The revised section 10 takes effect 31 August 2026.
These terms govern participation in the NON affiliate programme operated by NON USA INC ("NON", "we", "us", "our") through the Awin network. By applying to or participating in the programme you ("you", "your", "Affiliate") agree to them. Please read them before applying.
1. Definitions
- Our Site means https://us.non.world and any other NON property we notify you of.
- Your Site means any website, app, social account, email list or other channel you use to promote us.
- Programme means the NON affiliate programme administered via Awin.
- Network means Awin, which provides tracking, reporting and payment.
- Qualifying Sale means an order placed on Our Site, correctly tracked to you by the Network, that is not cancelled, returned, fraudulent or otherwise declined under these terms.
2. Applying and approval
We review every application and may accept or decline at our discretion. List every domain, social account and channel you intend to promote from in your Awin profile. Promoting from an undisclosed channel is a breach of these terms. If we decline you and you believe we have misjudged, you are welcome to contact us.
Acceptance creates no exclusivity, no minimum volume commitment and no employment, partnership, agency or joint venture between us.
3. Commission
Commission rates are set in Awin and shown in your account. Rates may differ by partner type and may be changed on notice.
- Commission is calculated on the product subtotal excluding sales tax, shipping and delivery charges, and after any discount is applied.
- Attribution is last click, with a 30 day cookie window.
- Transactions are validated approximately 50 days after the order date. Payment is handled by Awin under their payment terms.
- Commission is payable only on Qualifying Sales tracked through your Awin links.
4. Declined transactions
We may decline commission where an order is cancelled, unpaid, returned or partially returned; where the product is not eligible for commission; where the order reference is missing or cannot be found; where a credit check fails; where commission has already been paid; where a coupon code was used that is not permitted under section 7; where the customer is not a new customer and the offer was restricted to new customers; where our paid search terms in section 6 were not met; where the click falls outside the query or cookie window; or where the conversion is properly attributable to another channel or another partner.
5. Linking and tracking integrity
Use only unmodified tracking links issued through Awin. You must not:
- copy, mirror, frame or imitate Our Site, or create the impression that Your Site is ours or is operated by us;
- engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, auto-redirects, pop-ups or pop-unders that set a tracking cookie without genuine user intent;
- present expired, non-existent or fabricated offers, or buttons that claim to reveal offers while setting a cookie;
- set a tracking cookie from the act of copying or revealing a discount code;
- mask, strip or falsify referring URL data;
- bounce a click through a domain from which it did not originate in order to disguise its source. Redirects within the same domain where the link is placed are acceptable;
- use software, extensions, toolbars or adware that overwrite affiliate tracking, inject links, or claim attribution for traffic you did not generate;
- use bots, click farms, incentivised clicks or any automated or artificial traffic.
6. Paid search
Our trademarked terms include NON and NON.world. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you must not:
- bid on our trademarked terms, or variations, misspellings or plurals of them, on any search or content network including Google, Bing, Yahoo and Ask;
- use our trademarked terms in sequence with other keywords, for example "NON coupons" or "NON discount";
- use our trademarked terms in ad titles, ad copy, display names, display paths or display URLs;
- bid against our own search engine marketing activity;
- direct paid search traffic to Our Site through a redirect or intermediary page.
If you run automated or broad match campaigns, it is your responsibility to add our trademarked terms as negative keywords. We operate a zero tolerance policy: where a breach is found, we will not enter into a discussion about when it began or ended, and you will forfeit all commission for a minimum of the preceding 30 days.
7. Discount codes and vouchers
- Promote only codes issued to you through Awin. Codes obtained from our email campaigns, paid search, SMS, print, packaging, customer service or any other non-affiliate source may not be published.
- Link directly to Our Site. Framing is not permitted.
- Orders using a non-affiliate code, excluding refer-a-friend codes, may be honoured at a reduced rate of 10% and only for content partners.
- Orders using a refer-a-friend code will be declined.
- Orders using a non-affiliate code placed by an incentive partner, including cashback and voucher sites, will be declined.
- Do not represent a code as exclusive, sitewide or unrestricted unless we have told you it is.
8. Domains and trademarks
You may not register or use any domain or subdomain containing our trademarks or a confusingly similar variant, for example non.example.com or www.non-coupons.com. You acquire no right, title or licence in our trademarks, logos, imagery or copy beyond the limited right to use creative we supply for the purpose of promoting us, revocable at any time.
9. Sub networks and traffic transparency
If you operate a sub network, meta network or otherwise redistribute our programme to third party publishers, you must disclose this when you apply and you must obtain our written consent before doing so. You remain responsible for the compliance of every publisher you distribute to. We may require a list of participating publishers and may withdraw consent at any time.
10. Promotional methods we do not accept
The wording below takes effect 31 August 2026.
The following are not approved for this programme:
- domain parking;
- ad networks and media brokering;
- unsolicited email;
- any traffic source you cannot identify on request;
- software, browser extensions, toolbars or applications that set or overwrite a tracking cookie without a deliberate click by the user on your placement, that inject links into pages you do not own, or that claim attribution for a transaction the user had already begun.
Browser extensions and applications are not prohibited in themselves. What is prohibited is intercepting a transaction you did not originate. If you operate an extension or application, you must disclose this when you apply and tell us how attribution is claimed.
11. Email, social and content standards
If you promote us by email you must comply with all applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States and, where you reach recipients in the United Kingdom or European Union, PECR and the GDPR. Send only to lists for which you hold a lawful basis, identify yourself clearly, and honour unsubscribes.
Do not send email that appears to originate from NON or from a NON address. Obtain our written consent before publishing any press release, advertisement or public statement referencing the Programme.
Do not promote us alongside content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes third party rights. Where required by law or platform rules, disclose your affiliate relationship clearly.
12. Attribution and deduplication
We may operate deduplication across our marketing channels. Where a sale is properly attributable to another channel, including our own email, paid search, direct or organic activity, affiliate commission may not be payable. We will apply any such rule consistently and will tell you if we introduce one.
13. Product data
Where we supply a product feed, prices, availability and descriptions may change. You must take reasonable steps to keep displayed information current and must correct material inaccuracies promptly once notified.
14. Suspension and termination
Either of us may end the relationship at any time. We will give you 7 days notice before ending a partnership or making a material change to these terms, other than where we reasonably suspect fraud or a serious breach, in which case we may suspend or terminate immediately and withhold commission relating to the affected transactions.
On termination you must remove all NON links, creative, trademarks and claims from Your Site. Commission on Qualifying Sales properly tracked before termination remains payable subject to validation.
15. Liability
The Programme is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated commission. Our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the commission payable to you in the three months preceding the claim. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your promotional activity.
16. General
We may amend these terms on 7 days notice. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable the remainder continues in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that State have exclusive jurisdiction.
